When I opened my first aesthetic clinic, in 2007, I believed my surgical expertise guaranteed success. I had the skills. The reputation. The vision. The perfect business partners. What could go wrong?Developed hip pain out of nowhere. No injury, no fall—just pain that wouldn’t go away.

I lost everything. Not just money (that was gone too), but my confidence, my certainty about what made someone successful. That made me confront a brutal truth: being exceptional at your craft does not necessarily make you exceptional at business.
Yes, it was a brutal awakening. And in that breakdown, I discovered something gar would transform not just my own life, but eventually the lives of hundreds of others… something new began.

Instead of running from failure, I studied it. I dived deep into business, psychology, and the mindset behind true success. I learned that results don’t come from your hands, but instead they come from your habits, your clarity, and your courage.
This journey shifted everything.
Rising From the Ashes — Multiple Times
Armed with this new lens, I rebuilt it. I created four successful clinics in Spain. I was appointed Medical Director of Centros Unico in 2014, then moved to the UK in 2017 to deepen my impact.
But here’s the truth no one tells you: success is never static. There were more wins… and more setbacks. Each one became a classroom. Each lesson became a blueprint I now share with others.
